Job summary

LEGAL VISION in India is seeking a Telecaller to join the Sales / Customer Service team. The role is primarily phone-based communication to promote products, generate leads, and handle customer queries from the New Town area, West Bengal.

The ideal candidate has 1 year to 2 years of telecalling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage follow-ups and targets. Salary ranges from 1.25 to 2.5 LPA.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecalling or similar customer contact role.
• Clear pronunciation and a polite telephone manner.
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
• Receive and handle inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Explain products, services, offers, or company policies clearly.

• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned call, lead or sales targets.
• Handle customer objections and resolve basic concerns professionally.

A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers or potential customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, provide information, and handle customer queries.
