HCL Technologies Limited is seeking fresh graduates for a Customer Service Executive role in Nagpur. The position involves handling inbound calls from UK/US customers, resolving queries in line with client guidelines, and maintaining data security.

Night shift availability is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication, empathy, and enthusiasm for customer service, with prior US inbound calling experience.

Job Description - Customer Service Executive

Candidate will serve as customer service executive resolving customer queries in line with the client and business guidelines. Individuals with experience in handling Inbound calls from UK customers.

• Helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service
• Experienced in US Inbound calling

Job Description

• Break schedule adherence.
• Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions.

• Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers

Comfortable in night shifts.
