Job summary

Talentstack is seeking a proactive delegate acquisition specialist in Mumbai to drive engagement with senior professionals for events, webinars, and related initiatives. You will reach out via calls, social channels, and email to onboard CXOs and other key delegates, advancing attendance and registrations.

You will maintain accurate delegate records across CRM and spreadsheets, coordinate event-day logistics, and collaborate with internal teams to hit audience targets while fostering lasting

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective delegates via calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Invite and onboard CXOs and senior professionals for events, webinars, roundtables, and community initiatives.
• Follow up with prospects to drive registrations and attendance.
• Manage delegate confirmations, reminders, and event-day coordination.
• Maintain and regularly update delegate databases, CRM, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delegate acquisition and audience targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with delegates.
