Job summary

CyberFrat is seeking an energetic Delegate Acquisition & Management Executive to join our events team in Mumbai. You will reach out to CXOs and senior professionals, invite them to CXO Junction events, and manage registrations end-to-end.

You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain delegate databases in CRM and spreadsheets, and ensure high attendance and engagement across webinars, roundtables, and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Invite and onboard CXOs and senior professionals for events, webinars, roundtables, and community initiatives.
• Follow up with prospects to drive registrations and attendance.
• Manage delegate confirmations, reminders, and event-day coordination.
• Maintain and regularly update delegate databases, CRM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delegate acquisition and audience targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with delegates.
