Role Description

The Freight Forward Air & Sea - Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves coordinating air and sea freight shipments, preparing and reviewing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and carrier requirements. The Operations Executive will manage booking confirmations, track shipments, update status reports, and communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and meet delivery timelines. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, supporting billing and invoicing accuracy, assisting with cargo scheduling, and collaborating on process improvements and training initiatives within the operations team.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of Export and Freight operations, including documentation, routing, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to support Training activities, share operational knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in air and sea cargo.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and logistics/ERP systems or freight management software.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
