Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in C2H or SubCon hiring (IT or non-IT).
• Minimum 6 months-2 years of relevant recruitment experience.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and dependable.
• Laptop and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates for C2H or SubCon roles.
• Understand client requirements and hiring timelines for contractual staffing.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools for effective talent sourcing.
• Maintain communication with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Work independently with a focus on delivery and timelines.
