This full-time entry-level role involves engaging with clients, qualifying leads, and recommending rental properties. Qualifications

About the Role:

Sagittarius NovaTech LLP is looking for energetic, English-fluent Process Consultants to support U.S.-based renters in their apartment search journey. If you love connecting with people and helping them find homes that match their lifestyle and budget—this is your chance to make an impact!

- Engage with renters in the U.S. via text, calls, and virtual platforms

- Qualify leads based on budget, move-in date, and location preferences

- Recommend rental properties using our client’s real-time database

- Schedule apartment tours and guide clients through leasing decisions

- Coordinate with U.S. property managers and leasing offices

- Maintain activity logs and status updates in internal CRM tools

- Hit weekly conversion and performance targets

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (High School or Equivalent)

- Experience: Not mandatory! We value great communication and attitude

- Strong spoken and written English (U.S. client interaction)

- Comfortable with texting apps, smartphones, and basic CRM software

- Highly responsive, self-motivated, and organized

- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience
