About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in head hunting, senior-level hiring, and client management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter, and must be confident in managing client relationships and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level and leadership roles across industries.
Head Hunting: Identify and attract top talent through proactive sourcing and head hunting strategies.
Client Management: Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Client Presentations: Create and deliver candidate reports, hiring updates, and presentations to clients.
Stakeholder Handling: Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Sourcing & Screening: Use job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify the right candidates.
Interview Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and communication between client and candidate.
Market Mapping: Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic talent acquisition.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of recruitment experience, specifically in senior/leadership hiring and head hunting.
Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in client handling and account management.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Immediate availability is a must.
Candidates must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate immediately.
