Job summary

Delta Sigma Ventures is seeking freelance recruiters to source and engage candidates for non-IT sales and marketing roles across India. You will build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and provide updates, all while working independently on assignments.

Ideal candidates have 26+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and comfort with remote, freelance engagements and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in non-IT sales and marketing hiring.
• Experience recruiting for sales executives, business development executives, field sales, insurance sales, FMCG sales or similar roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates independently without paid job-portal database access.
• Strong candidate networking, sourcing, screening and communication skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment assignments independently and work remotely.
• Willingness to work on a freelance, assignment-based engagement.
• Open to success-based compensation or a mutually agreed fee structure.
