Job summary

Pravi HR Advisory is seeking experienced Senior Freelance Recruiters for its Executive Search division, on a WFH basis.

You will source candidates for middle and senior level positions across Banking, NBFC, Insurance, ITES, IT, GCC, Manufacturing and FMCG, using LinkedIn, job portals, social media campaigns and headhunting. You will screen, interview, perform references, maintain trackers and coordinate with clients until candidate joining.

Qualifications

• Minimum -8- years' experience in sourcing for Middle and Senior level positions
• Good understanding of Business & Functional requirements and ability to screen candidates on required skills
• Good understanding of either BFSI skills or IT skills

Responsibilities

• Source right candidates as per the Job Description and salary budget of the Client Company
• Use all available sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Job portals, social media campaign, Industry mapping and headhunting industry-relevant profiles
• Evaluate the candidates’ suitability by conducting interviews and reference check
• Maintain Recruitment Tracker and publish periodic recruitment analysis
• Coordinate the interview of the Candidate with the Client Companies.
• Coordinate with the selected candidates to obtain the documents required by the Client Company.
• Handhold selected candidates till they join the client company
