Job summary

Flexing It® is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end hiring for its FMCG client in the Lucknow region. This independent consulting role requires coordinating with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, screening candidates, and driving offers while handling high-volume requirements.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing tools to build a robust candidate pipeline and ensure timely progress.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full-cycle recruitment across fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, ATS and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across FMCG clients.
• Handle high-volume hiring targets with timely turnaround.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to align requirements with business needs.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, ATS and other tools to build pipelines.
• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track progress with follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and systems.
• Understand local talent markets across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh.
• Implement continuous improvement ideas for recruitment processes and systems.

This is an independent consulting role with Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking to engage a Recruitment Consultant to help with:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Handle high-volume hiring requirements while meeting recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing tools to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and candidate engagement skills.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, track hiring progress, and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment processes and systems.
• Added advantage: Understanding of local talent markets across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh.
• Implement continuous improvement ideas for recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
