Job summary

Displays And Beyond is seeking an Dynamic Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from conferences to product launches. The role requires managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and developing detailed execution plans aligned with business goals.

You will liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to guarantee smooth delivery, oversee on-site operations, and ensure quality and safety standards. Post-event reporting and continuous improvement are also expected.

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events including conferences, product launches, and internal meetings.
• Manage end-to-end event budgets, costing, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and execution strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Oversee on-ground event operations, logistics, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, reporting, and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
