Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of B2B corporate events including conferences, partner meets, R&R programs, product launches, and trade shows.
• Manage event production including stage setup, AV, show flow, and console operations.
• Coordinate with hotels, vendors, fabricators, and production partners.
• Create and manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and execution plans.
• Maintain event documentation, vendor records, and financial tracking.
• Bring fresh event concepts, themes, and innovative execution ideas aligned with industry trends.
• Work closely with internal teams and be flexible for travel at short notice.
