Role Overview
The Franchise Development Executive is responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, managing lead interactions, conducting franchise presentations, and supporting the onboarding process. The role focuses on business expansion through effective communication, sales conversion, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound franchise inquiries from portals, ads, and website forms.
- Conduct telephonic discussions to qualify leads based on investment, location, and interest.
- Schedule franchise presentations and follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain lead funnel and track conversion stages in CRM.
- Explain franchise business models, investment details, ROI, and operational requirements.
- Conduct virtual/physical meetings and product presentations.
- Share company brochure, fact sheet, financial projections, and franchise kits with prospects.
Coordination & Onboarding
- Assist prospects in completing application forms, LOI signing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for site evaluation, project timelines, and approval.
- Support in the onboarding process until franchise agreement signing and initial payment collection.
Relationship Building
- Maintain healthy relationships with potential franchise investors and business partners.
- Ensure proper communication and support during the sales cycle.
- Be point of contact for initial franchisee queries.
Reporting & Targets
- Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Maintain accurate reports of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
- Share daily and weekly MIS reports with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or telesales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Good understanding of sales CRM tools.
- Proficiency in email drafting, WhatsApp communication, and presentation tools.
- Goal‑oriented and target‑driven.
- Professional and confident communicator.
- High energy level and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
