Job summary

School Lab is seeking a Franchise Operations Executive to visit franchise outlets across India, ensuring standards and providing training and guidance to franchise teams.

You will be the main liaison between the company and franchise owners, monitor performance, assist in new openings, and travel extensively for on-site support and reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years in franchise operations or business development.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Willing to travel across India.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
