Honeyman is looking for a highly experienced Automation Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations, enhance efficiency, and support data‑driven decision‑making. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to automate workflows, integrate CRM systems, and deploy AI/ML‑driven tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end process automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate and manage CRM systems (Salesforce or similar platforms) to:
• Manage customer orders.
• Track product and order specifications.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Deploy and integrate AI/ML tools for automation, analytics, forecasting, and optimization use cases.
• Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts, bots, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, IT) to identify automation opportunities.
• Implement robust quality assurance and testing frameworks to ensure stability and performance.
• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices for automation solutions.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with internal standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in automation development and software engineering.
• Strong understanding of Process Automation and automation technologies.
• Proven experience with CRM integrations, preferably Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM systems.
• Experience deploying or working with AI/ML‑based tools (predictive analytics, automation intelligence, or similar).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as:
• Python
• Java
• C# (or equivalent)
• Experience with automation frameworks, RPA tools, or workflow engines (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, custom automation frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance practices, testing methodologies, and debugging.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong analytical and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree & Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with automation frameworks and tools is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, production‑driven environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
