Responsibilities

• Track and drive the closure of action items and commitments arising from leadership meetings, discussions, and calls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Maintain structured task, owner, and deadline trackers and provide regular follow-ups and updates.
• Support the CSO's Office with research, presentations, reports, and business documentation.
• Assist with stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and execution of key initiatives.
• Identify delays or gaps in execution and proactively elevate them to the relevant stakeholders.
• Support the day-to-day operational and strategic requirements of the CSO's Office.

About The Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the CSO's Office. The role involves supporting the leadership team with follow-ups, coordination, research, execution, and tracking of key action items across the organization.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can ensure that important tasks, commitments, and follow-ups do not fall through the cracks.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
