What You’ll Do

• Maintain CRM hygiene across HubSpot, including sales pipeline updates, partner activities, and internal business trackers.
• Capture meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups across the Founder's Office, hyperscaler partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare first drafts of concept notes, client presentations, partner decks, one-pagers, and internal documentation.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports using Google Sheets/Excel to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and create simple automations, templates, or workflows using Google Sheets, Apps Script, Zapier, or AI tools.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure tasks are tracked, updated, and completed on time.
