Job summary

Dharmik Life in Gurgaon is offering an On-Site Founder's Office Intern (Generalist) role. You will work directly with the founder across operations, strategy, and growth, living in a villa with the core team for hands-on mentorship.

Responsibilities span product, revenue expansion, automation, research, and ecommerce, with live learning in marketing, strategy, and distribution. Minimum 3 months, six-day weeks, 10 hours daily.

Qualifications

• Interest in startups, fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Understanding of brand building, and marketing.
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving and creating efficient workflows.
• Proficiency in tools like Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart is a plus.
• Interest in AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with the founder, team, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of tasks.
• Minimum commitment of 6 months.

Title: Founder's Office Intern - Generalist (On-Site | Gurgaon)

Location: Gurgaon (On-Site, Shared Accommodation Provided)

Type: Internship (Full-Time, 6 days/week, 10 hours/day | Minimum 3 months)

As we close our seed round, we're looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founder. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of a startup, from operations to strategy, and play a direct role in scaling the business.

Responsibilities

As a Founder's Office Intern, your work will be diverse and impactful. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Product Management: Focus on expanding new products, and making the current ones better.
• P & L: Find ways to expand the revenue from the current business lines.
• Automation: Automate marketing material flow and other processes using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Research: Conduct research on various topics as required by the founder, such as market trends, competition, and product strategies.
• Ecommerce Platforms: Handle operations and growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others.
• Online Presence: Contribute to the growth of the startup's online presence across platforms.
• Offline Distribution: Help execute distribution strategies to expand offline presence.
• Adhoc Sales & Operations: Support sales and operational tasks as needed.
• General Startup Tasks: Take on various tasks as required by the startup, ensuring smooth operations and growth.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with past customers to gather insights and brainstorm new ideas for growth.
