Adecco India is seeking a Founder Content & Research Strategist to lead high-impact content and audience research from our Gurgaon office. You will craft scripts for reels, landing pages, and campaigns, translating wellness concepts into consumer-friendly messaging.

You will collaborate with Growth, Creative, Product and Research teams, leverage AI tools, and optimize messaging for conversions and brand positioning. 5+ years of experience in D2C or health/wellness brands preferred.

Position: Founder Content & Research Strategist

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 62

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Mode: Work from Office 5 Days

CTC: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

• Write high-converting scripts for reels, founder-led videos, YouTube content, and ad campaigns
• Develop compelling landing pages, website copy, product descriptions, emails, and ad creatives
• Create engaging storytelling frameworks and strong content hooks
• Translate complex health/wellness concepts into simple consumer-friendly communication
• Research audience behavior, customer reviews, competitor messaging, and market trends
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Product, and Research teams to build impactful campaigns
• Use AI tools like GPT/Claude to enhance content creation and ideation
• Optimize messaging for engagement, conversions, and brand positioning

Required Skills:

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience in script writing and short-form content
• Understanding of conversion psychology and consumer behavior
• Ability to create compelling hooks and marketing narratives
• Experience in D2C, wellness, healthcare, or consumer brands preferred
• Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with founder-led or D2C brands
• Passion for health, wellness, storytelling, and digital content
• Strong understanding of social media trends and performance content
