Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the department in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards, ensuring outlets are profitable and aligned with guest, employee, and owner expectations. The role requires a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, plus a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Asst.

F&B Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation, with strong operational, administrative and interpersonal skills;

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as of Asst. F&B Manager, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
