Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B department in line with Hyatt’s brand standards. You will oversee operations, drive profitability, and act as a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the outlets.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management with at least 2 years in a senior F&B role, strong administrative and interpersonal skills, and banqueting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills, banqueting experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the F&B department in line with Hyatt standards.
• Function as Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the F&B outlets to ensure profitability.
