• You will over see the entire F&B Operations, including fine dining restaurants, premium lounges, banquets, high-profile events and poolside catering. The ideal candidate will blend strategic business acumen with an unwavering passion for exceptional guest service and culinary excellence.

• Manage day by day operations of all F&B outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Design & Curate innovative menus and concepts in collaboration with the Executive chef.
• Achieve financial targets by maximizing revenue, managing budgets and controlling food/labor costs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
• 5-8 years of proven experience as an F&B Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel, resort or elite recreational club.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal and crisis management skills.
• Deep Knowledge of food trends, fine wines, mixology and high-end banquet operations.
