Job summary

Hyatt Place Bhopal Rani Kamalapati Station is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the department in line with Hyatt International's brand standards, ensuring profitable operation and guest satisfaction. The role acts as Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the F&B Department, coordinating outlets, events and banqueting as applicable, with emphasis on efficiency and profitability.

Ideally degree in Hospitality or Tourism and at least 2 years as Asst.

Qualifications

• Needs strong operational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
• Banqueting experience considered an asset.

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as of Asst. F& B Manager, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
