Job summary

Hyatt Regency Trivandrum is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the department in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards. You will ensure that all outlets operate profitably while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

The role requires acting as a Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the F&B department, optimizing operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.
