Key Responsibilities

• Visit salons, beauty parlours, spas, and wholesalers in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell Oroglow Professional skincare and haircare products.
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
• Build strong relationships with salon owners and wholesale partners.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat orders.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
• Submit daily sales and visit reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or salon products preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Comfortable with field work and daily travel.
• Smartphone mandatory.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
