Zoho is seeking a Business Development Executive – Field sales apprentice role in Haryana. The position focuses on expanding the retail footprint for a leading beauty and cosmetics retailer in the region, with local market visits and store-based activity. Graduate freshers are welcome; a two-wheeler and DL are mandatory.

The role carries a fixed monthly salary plus Govt support and performance incentives. The role requires joining immediately for a 12-month apprenticeship, with a busy field

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (2021–2025 pass-out).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 11 months of sales or field experience is acceptable.
• Must be a local resident within 10 km of the retail store.
• Personal two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
• Prior knowledge or experience in beauty/cosmetics or FMCG preferred.
• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
• Work Type: Retail store-based with regular local market visits.
• Fixed salary: ₹11,500 from Nykaa + ₹4,500 from Govt (₹16,000 inhand).
• Daily TA/DA: ₹200.
• Attractive performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with distributors, retailers, and vendors to present product portfolios and drive sales.
• Conduct in-store product sampling and promotional activities to boost customer engagement.

• Monitor, analyse, and report monthly sales performance, campaign outcomes, and market insights.
