Job summary

Huesmate Cosmetics LLP is seeking a Field Sales Executive to assist with perfume retail expansion across Zirakpur and nearby areas. This role focuses on onboarding stockists, negotiating shelf space, and arranging displays at partner stores.

You will conduct demos, collect feedback, maintain visit logs, and pursue kiosk opportunities in malls and events. Daily travel within Chandigarh tri-city is expected; 6 days a week with fixed plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in any stream.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience to retailers.
• Strong written and spoken Hindi and English.
• Existing relationships with retail buyers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role / Title

Field Sales Executive (B2B & B2C) - Perfume Retail Expansion [ Note: This is a field sales role and not the in-store sales person role. ]

Location

Zirakpur / Panchkula / Chandigarh / Mohali / nearby areas only

Work Days

6 days / week (1 day off)

Role Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible to:

• Identify, pitch, and onboard new stockists general retailers, cosmetics shops, boutiques, concept stores, lifestyle stores, wellness outlets, and others.
• Negotiate shelf space, consignment terms (quantity, price, shipment, et al.), and display agreements with retail partners.
• Conduct sampling and product demos at point of sale.
• Collect retailer / customer feedback and track competitor activity.
• Maintain daily visit logs and sales reports.
• Explore and execute kiosk and pop-up opportunities in high-footfall locations (malls, markets, exhibitions, cultural events, etc.).

Qualifications

• At least Diploma or equivalent in any stream.
• Experience: 1 - 3 years in field sales to retailers, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
• Existing relationships with retail buyers, store owners, or platform managers are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal) in Hindi and English.
• Confidence in face-to-face interactions and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Organized and data-oriented comfortable maintaining trackers, visit logs, and sales reports.
• Comfortable to travel daily within Chandigarh tricity and nearby areas.
• Locally residing candidates from Zirakpur / Panchkula / Chandigarh / Mohali / nearby areas preferred.

Salary

Fixed + Performance based incentives.
