Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive for Gurgaon to drive sales in beauty and cosmetics through retail stores and regular field visits.

The role encompasses lead generation, retailer relationship building, product promotion, and MIS reporting, with a six-day work week and Sunday off. Freshers are welcome, with a local residency requirement and bike eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Up to 11 months of Sales/Field experience.
• Basic MS Excel / MIS knowledge is mandatory.
• Must be a local resident within 10 km of the assigned retail store.
• Personal two-wheeler (Bike preferred) is mandatory.
• Prior Beauty/Cosmetics/FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Business Development, Sales & Retail Operations.
