Responsabilidades

• Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of the shopping mall.
• Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with retailers and resolve operational issues.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within the defined TAT.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security and housekeeping teams.
• Manage events, crowd control and other floor-related activities.
• Conduct regular floor inspections and ensure compliance with mall policies.
• Monitor safety standards and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain daily operational reports, documentation and shift handover records.
• Conduct retailer audits and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and overall visitor satisfaction.
