Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced Floor Coordinator to manage daily clinic operations in Bengaluru. You will supervise front desk activities, coordinate patient flow, and ensure excellent patient service. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a patient-first approach.

Role involves coordinating with doctors and staff, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. Experience in hospital or healthcare settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hospital administration, front office, patient relations, floor coordination, or customer service.
• Experience in a hospital, IVF centre, fertility clinic, or healthcare setting is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.
