• We’re looking for energetic and qualified Team Leads/Fleet Coaches – Last Mile to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Mumbai.
• If you have a good network of 2W delivery partners across various zones in Mumbai, this is your opportunity to join India’s leading quick commerce logistics platform.
• You must be based near any of the following locations: Andheri, Malad, Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Onboarding riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
• Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
• Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
• MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders. Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking.
• Rider engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of Operations / Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce / courier / logistics companies.
• Education: Graduate and above.
• Team management, stakeholder management, and independent decision-making experience are a must.
