Job summary

Zippee is seeking a Junior Operations Executive (Last Mile) to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Delhi NCR. This field role is based at our dark store, with proximity to Sector 84, Gurugram, and a network of 2W/3W/4W delivery partners across Delhi NCR.

You will source and manage riders, train and monitor performance, and work to ensure on-time deliveries while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a rapidly growing logistics platform.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
• Education: Graduate and above
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
• Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
• Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
• Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
• MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders
• Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking
• Rider onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Shift planning, attendance, and supply-demand balancing
• SLA adherence - delivery timelines, reliability & efficiency
