Job summary

Purplle.com in Kerala is seeking a Fleet Operations Lead to drive rider hiring, onboarding, and ensure fleet availability across Dark Stores to meet daily demand. You will monitor rider productivity and delivery performance while resolving rider-related issues at the ground level.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in Fleet Management or Last Mile Operations, with at least 4 years in quick commerce, and strong coverage of rider onboarding and partner management in the Kerala market.

• Fleet Availability: Ensure adequate rider strength across Dark Stores to meet daily business demand.
• Performance Excellence: Improve delivery TAT, fleet efficiency, and rider productivity.
• Attrition Control: Identify rider challenges, improve engagement, and reduce fleet dropouts.
• Ground-Level Leadership: Coordinate with recruiters, Dark Store teams, and delivery partners to keep Last Mile operations running smoothly.

Preferred Candidate profile :

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Fleet Management or Last Mile Operations, with at least 4 years of mandatory experience in the Quick Commerce industry.

• Hands-on experience in rider hiring, onboarding, fleet availability, and delivery partner management is essential.

• Strong understanding of rider productivity, order fulfilment, delivery TAT, attrition control, and ground-level operational challenges.

• Candidates must have strong knowledge of the Kerala market, with a preference for Malayali candidates .
