Job summary

slice in Bengaluru seeks a Finance Operations professional to manage branch-level financial records and payment operations. You will coordinate with branch admins and internal teams to resolve mismatches, track discrepancies, and ensure clean month-end closures.

The role focuses on accuracy, data handling, and strengthening financial controls across multiple branches. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in finance operations, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and solid stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Reconciliation, Branch Operations, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or similar role.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and basic data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of reconciliation, financial transactions, and operational processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and investigate discrepancies.
• Ability to manage multiple branches, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day to day branch-level operations and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve branch/payment operations mismatches and exceptions.
• Act as the key contact between Finance, branches, admins, and other internal teams for queries.
• Track pending items, discrepancies, and exceptions and drive timely closure with stakeholders.
• Validate branch expenses, collections, transactions, and supporting documents per defined processes.
• Maintain reconciliation trackers and reports to provide visibility on branch-level financial operations.
• Support month-end closures, audits, and other periodic finance activities.
• Identify recurring issues and work with teams to improve processes and strengthen financial controls.

This role combines branch and payment operations, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and process coordination. What You'll Do
