About the Role:

As a Telecollections Agent, you’ll be part of a high-energy team responsible for managing customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments, and finding win-win solutions. You’ll help customers stay on track while ensuring our collections targets are met—without compromising on empathy or experience.

What You’ll Do:

Build rapport with customers and offer tailored repayment solutions
Proactively connect with customers via phone to provide friendly payment reminders
Negotiate payment plans while keeping conversations professional and empathetic
Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues
Meet and exceed individual collection targets while following compliance protocols

What You’ll Need:

0–2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role (FinTech/NBFC experience is a plus!)
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage difficult conversations with patience and clarity
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is good to have
A proactive mindset with a sharp focus on customer experience
