Job Description:
As a KYC Associate, you will manage customer verification through video calls, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role combines customer interaction, attention to detail, and operational efficiency to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Conduct Video KYC verification and perform due diligence checks during customer interactions
Review and validate KYC documents in real time over video calls
Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Demonstrate strong communication and face-to-face customer handling skills
Adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines at all times
Meet performance metrics such as VKYC completion, AHT, and productivity targets
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and customer interaction abilities
0–2 years of experience in fintech, banking, video banking, or phone banking (preferred)
Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
