Job summary

Signature Lubricants Pvt .ltd is seeking a driven field sales professional to cover Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, meeting retailers, mechanics, dealers, and distributors to promote automotive and industrial oils and greases. You will travel extensively to grow the distributor network and secure orders while maintaining relationships with clients.

The role requires strong negotiational and communication skills, a self-motivated approach, and the ability to manage collections and inquiries

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in lubricants or related industries.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territories across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
• Strong negotiation and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily market visits to meet retailers, mechanics, dealers, distributors, and commercial clients.
• Promote and sell Signature Lubricants products to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand distributor/retail network, and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Collect primary/secondary sales orders, manage payment collection, and handle customer queries promptly.
• Conduct product awareness drives, mechanic meets, and promotional activities in assigned territories.
• Provide daily/weekly market report updates and sales feedback to management.

Role & responsibilities

• Perform daily market visits to meet retailers, mechanics, dealers, distributors, and commercial clients across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh regions.
• Promote and sell Signature Lubricants products (automotive and industrial oils/greases) to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the distributor/retail network, and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Collect primary/secondary sales orders, manage payment collection, and handle customer queries promptly.
• Conduct product awareness drives, mechanic meets, and promotional activities in assigned territories.
• Provide daily/weekly market report updates and sales feedback to the management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in Field Sales (Lubricants, Auto Ancillaries, FMCG, Spare Parts, or Hardware industry preferred).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in sales.
• Languages Known: Native, English, and Hindi.
• Travel: 100% field sales role with willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
• Must Have: Personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
