Job summary

Crizol in Tamil Nadu is seeking a dynamic field sales executive to grow the dealer and customer network for lubricants and related products. You will visit customers, promote engine oils, gear oils, greases and other lubricant offerings, and report results to the sales team.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in field sales, experience in lubricants or FMCG, strong communication and negotiation skills, a two-wheeler with a valid license, and willingness to travel within the territory; a

• Experience in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, FMCG, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers, dealers, retailers and workshops.
• Promote engine oils, gear oils, greases and other lubricant products.
• Conduct regular market and customer visits.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Follow up on orders and payments.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market activities.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
