Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering required.
• 4–5 years of field testing, system integration, commissioning, or technical support experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of electronics devices, modules, and field installations.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams.
• Experience with test and measurement instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing, system integration, and commissioning at customer locations.
• Install, configure, and integrate hardware modules, control panels, sensors, and field devices.
• Execute functional, performance, and acceptance testing during site deployments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, wiring, and system-level issues in the field.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve field issues efficiently.
• Support prototype trials, pilot installations, and customer demonstrations.
• Carry out calibration, validation, and commissioning procedures.
• Prepare and maintain field test reports, integration checklists, and service logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
• Provide basic technical support and training to customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Testing & Integration Expert with 4–5 years of hands‑on field experience to support the testing, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electronic and instrumentation systems at customer sites. The candidate should hold a Diploma in Electronics Engineering and possess strong practical knowledge of system‑level testing, on‑site integration, and coordination with internal engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform field testing, system integration, and commissioning of electronic / instrumentation systems at customer locations.
• Install, configure, and integrate hardware modules, control panels, sensors, and field devices as per system architecture.
• Execute functional, performance, and acceptance testing during site deployments.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, wiring, and system‑level issues in the field.
• Coordinate with hardware design, firmware, software, and production teams to resolve field issues efficiently.
• Support prototype trials, pilot installations, and customer demonstrations.
• Carry out calibration, validation, and commissioning procedures for instrumentation systems.
• Analyze field failures and provide root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action feedback to design teams.
• Prepare and maintain field test reports, integration checklists, commissioning documents, and service logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, installation guidelines, and site protocols.
• Provide basic technical support and training to customers or site personnel when required.
• Travel to customer sites as per project requirements.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• 4–5 years of experience in field testing, system integration, commissioning, or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of electronics devices, modules, and field installations.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, and system layouts.
• Hands‑on experience with test and measurement instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Experience in troubleshooting at system, board, and interconnection levels.
• Basic knowledge of industrial communication interfaces (e.g., RS‑485, UART, sensors, actuators).
• Willingness to work in field environments and handle frequent travel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial device and module wiring, or embedded systems field deployment
• Knowledge of calibration processes and acceptance testing procedures
• Familiarity with panel wiring, cable routing, and field connectors
• Understanding of ESD, electrical safety, and site safety practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
