Job summary

ACG is seeking a Field Service Engineer with 1-4 years in industrial automation, pharmaceutical machinery, packaging machines, or serialization/Track & Trace. The role involves traveling to customer sites for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting.

You should have hands-on skills across Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Pneumatics, PLC, networking, hardware, and software, with a readiness to work across support and service activities.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Pneumatics, PLC, networking, hardware, OS and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with installation, commissioning and servicing of industrial automation equipment is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites and work at various installations.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of machinery.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement fixes on-site.
• Assist system upgrades and provide technical support to customers.
• Document service actions and maintain service records accurately.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires working at customer sites for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, system upgrades, and technical support.
