Qualifications

• Desktop/Laptop/Server support required.
• Networking – LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi knowledge needed.
• Switches & Routers familiarity.
• Windows OS installation & software setup.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and infrastructure systems.
• Provide on-site technical support at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, network devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, and routers.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalated issues.
• Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer documentation.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Support AMC / service contracts and maintain customer relationships.
