Job summary

Ascent E Digit Solutions in Tamil Nadu seeks a Desktop Field Support Engineer to handle on-site service across the state. You will install, troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printers and IT hardware, and perform basic networking tasks.

You will visit customer sites, coordinate with the service team, and update call status to ensure timely resolutions. Freshers or experienced candidates with hardware knowledge are welcome; two-wheeler is mandatory.
