Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service CNC machines, stabilizers, transformers, air compressors and related equipment at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, document activities and coordinate with internal teams for parts/upgrades.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and provide guidance on proper equipment usage.
• Travel frequently to customer sites and maintain high safety and service standards.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Services Engineer role based in Lodhika. The Field Services Engineer will install, commission, and service CNC machines, stabilizers, transformers, air compressors, and related equipment at customer locations. Daily responsibilities include performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance. The role involves visiting customer sites, resolving technical issues, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams for parts, upgrades, and technical improvements. The Field Services Engineer will also interact directly with customers to understand their needs, offer guidance on proper equipment usage, and maintain high standards of safety and service quality.

• Candidates should possess strong Field Service skills, including on-site installation, commissioning, and equipment servicing.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to plan and execute routine inspections, servicing, and performance checks.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.

• Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites, and capable of working independently with strong time management.
• Experience with CNC machines, industrial automation, or similar equipment is highly beneficial; familiarity with safety standards and best practices is expected.
