Job summary

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for mechanical and electronic systems.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics).
• Familiarity with coding and marking equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role.
