Job summary

AKAS Medical Equipment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site service and support for medical devices at hospitals and customer locations. The role involves installation, PM, maintenance and hands-on demonstrations of medical equipment with a focus on quality customer service.

Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of experience are welcome; travel across Raipur, Bilaspur, Bhilai, Durg and other areas in Chhattisgarh is expected.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering preferred.
• ECE / EEE / Electrical / Electronics candidates may apply.
• Freshers or candidates with 1+ year relevant experience can apply.

Responsibilities

• Installation, preventive maintenance (PM), servicing and demonstration of medical equipment.
• Troubleshooting and servicing of Syringe Pumps, Infusion Pumps, Blood & Fluid Warmers and DVT Pumps.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service support.
• Prepare service reports and coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel across Raipur, Bilaspur, Bhilai, Durg and other assigned locations throughout Chhattisgarh.
