Job summary

AKAS Medical Equipment in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is hiring Field Service Engineers to provide on-site installation, preventive maintenance, servicing and demonstrations of medical equipment at hospitals and customer locations.

Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of experience are welcome. BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering is preferred (ECE/EEE/Electrical/Electronics may apply). The role requires good troubleshooting, clear communication and willingness to travel across Gujarat.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installation, preventive maintenance (PM), servicing and demonstration of medical equipment.
• Troubleshooting and servicing of Syringe Pumps, Infusion Pumps, Blood & Fluid Warmers and DVT Pumps.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service support.
• Prepare service reports and coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara and other assigned locations throughout Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, preventive maintenance (PM), servicing and demonstration of medical equipment
• Troubleshooting and servicing of Syringe Pumps, Infusion Pumps, Blood & Fluid Warmers and DVT Pumps
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service support
• Prepare service reports and coordinate with internal teams
• Travel across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara and other assigned locations throughout Gujarat.
