Job summary

Gemini Power Hydraulics seeks a field service professional in Odisha to manage AMC visit calendars, service diagnostics, and warranty handling across geographic regions. You will ensure timely complaint closures, oversee planned visits, and maintain service reports in Salesforce daily.

The role requires travel readiness and strong hydraulics/electrical troubleshooting skills. The candidate will coordinate payments, safety compliance, and warranty claims with OEMs, while updating CRM statuses

Qualifications

• Preferred service maintenance experience of MHE, AWP, Construction equipment or similar product.
• Well versed with hydraulics & electrical troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design & adhere to quarterly visit calendar for AMC maintenance across geographies.
• Close customer complaints within 10 days (minor, no spares) or 1 month (major, with spares).
• Attend all planned visits; submit service reports in Salesforce daily.
• Attend under warranty machine breakdowns within 2 days of complaint received.
• Secure advance payments as per terms before service execution.
• Collect payments within timelines per customer POs.
• Minimize accidents by adhering to safety norms.
• Perform pre-delivery inspection and verify machine function before dispatch.
• Process warranty claims with OEMs within 2 days.
• Submit service reports to commercial for invoicing on a daily basis.
• Update quotations status in CRM and share weekly reports with management.

Role & responsibilities

• Design & adhere to quarterly visit calendar aligning to the AMCs maintenance & part-fitment for every geographic area.
• Ensure that all customer complaints are closed within 10 days for minor complaints without spares & within 1 month for major complaint, with spares
• Ensure that all planned visits are attended and completed satisfactorily & service reports are submitted in Salesforce on Daily basis
• Ensure/ Attend under warranty machines breakdown within 2 days of complaints received
• Ensuring advance payment is received as per agreed terms before service execution
• Ensuring payments are collected within timelines as agreed in Customer POs
• Minimizing accidents & incidents by adherence/ awareness of safety norms
• Pre delivery inspection of the machine as per customer PO and ensuring the proper functions of the machine before dispatch to customer.
• Process the warranty claims with OEMs within 2 days
• Submission of Service Reports to commercial department for Invoicing on daily basis
• Update status of quotations in CRM & share report with management on weekly basis
