Job summary

DATOMS is seeking a Service Engineer in the Hyderabad region. The role involves basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of designated equipment, plus preventative maintenance and field modifications. You will manage parts cycles, keep service logs, and maintain clear communication with customers for timely resolutions.

Freshers are welcome. A private bike, valid license, and reliability are required, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to document service

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of IoT technologies is preferred.
• Based in the Hyderabad region.
• Possession of a private bike is required.
• Valid driving license and a good driving record.
• Demonstrated reliability and accountability.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to understand and explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities
