Job summary

Alloy Enterprises in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, and support ELV and security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, FAS, and BMS. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver timely client support.

You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, perform preventive maintenance, configure servers/workstations, and document service activities while ensuring maximum system uptime at client

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, CS or related field.
• 4 to 5 years hands-on experience in: Access Control Systems, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Good knowledge of networking concepts, IP addressing, switches, and routers.
• Experience with system integration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts. Strong communication and customer-handling skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities
